Signal includes all four Diagnostics. Each person selects a scope and participant perspective, then completes guided questions scored by the versioned engine. Interview mode is not currently available. When enabled, AI helps explain a completed Diagnostic or Synthesis result; it does not calculate or change the score. Generated interpretation requires review.

What this tier includes
Signal includes all four Diagnostics, all standard depths and participant perspectives, unlimited self-runs, 2,400 completed participant responses a year, and 60 new Syntheses a year. Depth Synthesis combines suitable runs from one Diagnostic. Cross-Lens Synthesis compares suitable runs from different Diagnostics. A Composite Score appears only when the selected inputs meet the product’s coherence rules. Pattern adds higher limits and anonymous responses.

How responses are counted. A participant response counts when an invited participant completes a Diagnostic. Self-runs do not draw on that allowance.
When to choose Pattern. Choose Pattern when you need 6,000 participant responses, 300 new Syntheses a year, or anonymous responses. A Cross-Lens Composite Score is shown only when the selected inputs meet the coherence rules. Otherwise, the product explains why it was withheld and what information would be needed.

Review the full terms before purchasing. The Terms of Use and accepted purchase details govern self-service subscriptions. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs. Your legal or contracts team can review both before acceptance.
- What you are buying
- A subscription to all four Diagnostics at every depth and standard participant perspective, unlimited self-runs, 2,400 completed participant responses a year, 60 new Syntheses a year across Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis, saved history and Analysis, two analyst workspace users and one admin workspace user for the term. Pattern includes anonymous participant responses and a larger Synthesis allowance. Expert interpretation is not included at this tier.
- Billing & term
- $24,000 for a 12-month term, paid in twelve $2,000 monthly installments; or $21,600 prepaid for the year. Both are annual commitments, not month-to-month subscriptions. Checkout and card handling by Stripe: card details never touch Monderman. Invoicing on a purchase order is available via an order form.
- Participant responses & Syntheses
- No per-participant pricing. 2,400 completed participant responses a year, counted when an invited participant completes a Diagnostic. Unlimited self-runs do not draw on that allowance. 60 new Syntheses a year. Two analyst workspace users and one admin workspace user.
- The allowances
- The full allowance of 2,400 completed participant responses and 60 new Syntheses is available at the start of each annual term under either payment option. Self-runs by authorized Workspace users are unlimited. Reopening and exporting saved reports does not use the Synthesis allowance. Outstanding invitations reserve response capacity until completed, closed, or expired.
- Support
- Platform support by email, aiming to respond within two business days. Response times are an aim, not a guarantee. Platform support covers using the software: running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is a separate, scoped engagement rather than part of the subscription.
- Your data
- Your Diagnostic inputs and results are used to provide and support Monderman. Monderman does not sell personal information or use customer data for advertising. The basis behind every score is published with the Executive Report. Current processing and providers are described in the Privacy Notice and subprocessor page. Any customer-specific DPA, retention, or residency commitment must be set out in a separately executed agreement.
- Access and updates
- Monderman is available by invitation. Product updates and issue reporting are part of ongoing platform support.
- Cancellation
- Renews for another 12-month term unless you turn off renewal from your Workspace before the next term. Cancellation stops renewal, not installments owed for the current annual commitment. Existing customers retain their accepted terms unless they choose a new offer.
