Enterprise includes the four standard Diagnostic Instruments and three participant perspectives, Operational, Managerial, and Senior Leader, with unlimited self-runs, participant responses, Syntheses, and workspace users. Bespoke Diagnostic or participant-perspective design is a separate Enterprise scope when the standard product does not adequately represent the organization.
Bespoke, not bespoke mathYour structure gets its own questions and descriptors; the scoring architecture, calibration, and determinism remain versioned. Within the same Instrument and scorer version, the same structured answers produce the same score.
Procurement planningSecurity review inputs, counsel-reviewed DPA preparation where required, purchase-order requirements, and custom contract scoping: subject to a separately executed agreement.
Unlimited platform capacityParticipant responses, Depth Synthesis, Cross-Lens Synthesis, self-runs, and analyst and admin workspace users have no platform ceiling. Bespoke design and advisory work remain separately scoped.

No per-participant pricing. Signal includes 50 completed participant responses a year, Pattern includes 500, and Enterprise includes unlimited completed participant responses. Enterprise also includes unlimited Syntheses, self-runs, and analyst and admin workspace users.
Scope, plainly. Enterprise platform capacity is unlimited. What remains scoped is pricing, procurement and data terms, multi-entity configuration, and any bespoke Diagnostic or participant-perspective design. Expert interpretation is not bundled and requires a separate written scope.
Terms, in plain language
These are summary terms, not the binding agreement. They are provided so you know what to expect. Your subscription is governed by the order form or services agreement Monderman provides. We recommend your legal or contracts team review all terms before you sign.
- What you are buying
- An Enterprise subscription with everything in Pattern, unlimited participant responses, Syntheses, self-runs, and analyst and admin workspace users, enterprise procurement and data terms, and access to separately scoped bespoke Diagnostic or participant-perspective design. Expert interpretation requires a separate written scope unless expressly included in the order.
- Billing & term
- Custom, scoped on your services agreement and invoiced on your paper: purchase order, services agreement, or the contract vehicle you already use. Term as agreed.
- Participant responses, Syntheses & workspace users
- No per-participant pricing. Completed participant responses, Depth Synthesis, Cross-Lens Synthesis, self-runs, and analyst and admin workspace users are unlimited.
- Scoped terms
- Pricing, procurement and data terms, multi-entity configuration, and any bespoke Diagnostic or participant-perspective design are stated in the order form.
- Support
- Priority platform support with a named contact, so escalation does not start from scratch each time. Platform support covers using the software: running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is separate from the subscription and requires a written scope.
- Your data
- Your Diagnostic inputs and results are used to provide and support Monderman. Monderman does not sell personal information or use customer data for advertising. The basis behind every score is published with the Executive Report. Current processing and providers are described in the Privacy Notice and subprocessor page. Any customer-specific DPA, retention, or residency commitment must be set out in a separately executed agreement.
- Beta status
- Monderman is in active beta. It is in production use and improving on a known cadence. Your tier includes a direct feedback channel and hands-on correction where a structural edge case affects your result. You are an early customer of a product that is still maturing, not a buyer of frozen software.
- Cancellation
- As agreed on your services agreement: Enterprise terms are written with your contracts team, not imposed. Non-renewing by default unless your agreement says otherwise.
