One result is a signal. Repeated evidence reveals a pattern.

$3,000/ month

$2,850/mo billed quarterly (save 5%) · $2,550/mo billed annually (save 15%) · no per-participant pricing

The gap is the finding.

Pattern extends the same calibrated Diagnostics across larger participant groups and all three standard participant perspectives: Operational, Managerial, and Senior Leader. Eligible same-Diagnostic runs can be combined with Depth Synthesis; different Diagnostics can be compared with Cross-Lens Synthesis. A Cross-Lens Composite Score is published only when the evidence is coherent enough to support it.

Comparable by architectureCompatible runs use the same versioned deterministic engine. Differences between participants or participant perspectives remain interpretable when Instrument, scorer, scope, and depth are held compatible.
Candour you can act onResponses can be anonymous, shown to you under a pseudonym with the date rather than the time. People answer more honestly when their name is not attached, and you still get the result.
Drift visible, recovery testableA compatible population remeasurement shows whether the measured condition changed and whether participant perspectives converge. That evidence strengthens or weakens the recovery hypothesis without claiming causal or audited financial proof.

What this tier includes

Everything in Signal, with 500 completed participant responses a year, unlimited Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis, and anonymous participant responses. The four Diagnostics remain distinct; Cross-Lens Synthesis publishes a Composite Score only when scope, timing, versions, source identity, participant depth, and lens balance support a coherent reading.

  • All four Diagnostics: Structural Clarity, Decision Velocity, Operational Systems, Institutional Performance
  • Everything in Signal: every Diagnostic, depth, and participant perspective, with unlimited self-runs
  • 500 completed responses a year: ten times Signal’s 50, more on request
  • Unlimited Syntheses: no annual ceiling on Depth Synthesis or Cross-Lens Synthesis, where Signal has twelve
  • Depth Synthesis: a Median Diagnostic Score, distribution, and evidence description from eligible runs of one Diagnostic
  • Across participant perspectives: compare Operational, Managerial, and Senior Leader results when scope and versions are compatible
  • Cross-Lens Synthesis: compare eligible runs from two or more different Diagnostics; a Composite Score is published only when the evidence is sufficiently coherent
  • Anonymous responses: pseudonyms, day-level timestamps, and no direct completed-result-to-recipient join in the customer Workspace
  • Every analysis lens, with data-quality screening on incoming responses
  • 7 workspace users: 5 analysts and 2 admins
  • No per-participant pricing
  • Priority platform support plus a one-time onboarding session
No per-participant pricing. Pattern includes 500 completed participant responses a year. A participant response counts when an invited participant completes a Diagnostic. Self-runs do not draw on that allowance.
On anonymity, plainly. When you mark a campaign anonymous, the completed result is saved under a pseudonym with the date rather than the time and without a direct assignment-ID or run-ID join to the named recipient in the customer Workspace. Monderman still processes invitation and necessary request, delivery, and security metadata. Business unit and team are still shown, so a person may be inferable in a small unit. Participants see these limits before they start.

Participant responses, Syntheses & workspace users
No per-participant pricing. 500 completed participant responses a year, counted when invited participants complete a Diagnostic. Unlimited self-runs do not draw on that allowance. Unlimited Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis. Five analyst workspace users and two admin workspace users.
The participant-response allowance
500 completed participant responses a year. A response counts when an invited participant completes a Diagnostic. Self-runs do not draw on the allowance. The annual participant-response allowance resets annually from the start of the paid allowance period, independent of whether billing is monthly, quarterly, or annual.
Support
Priority platform support by email, prioritized ahead of Signal, plus a one-time onboarding session for your team. Monderman aims to respond promptly; response times are an aim, not a guarantee. Platform support covers using the software: running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is a separate, scoped engagement rather than part of the subscription.
Your data
Your Diagnostic inputs and results are used to provide and support Monderman. Monderman does not sell personal information or use customer data for advertising. The basis behind every score is published with the Executive Report. Current processing and providers are described in the Privacy Notice and subprocessor page. Any customer-specific DPA, retention, or residency commitment must be set out in a separately executed agreement.
Beta status
Monderman is in active beta. It is in production use and improving on a known cadence. Your tier includes a direct feedback channel and hands-on correction where a structural edge case affects your result. You are an early customer of a product suite that is still maturing, not a buyer of frozen software.
Cancellation
Renews automatically each billing period. Cancel any time from your workspace billing portal: the change takes effect at the end of the period already paid. No multi-year lock-in.
