Consistent scoringWithin the same Diagnostic and scorer version, the same structured answers receive the same score through the versioned scoring engine. Comparisons also require matching scope, participant perspective, and depth.
Optional anonymityAnonymous campaigns show completed results under a pseudonym with a day-level date. The customer Workspace does not retain a direct link from the completed result to the named recipient.
Clear comparison limitsA repeated group run can show changes in submitted answers, scores, and differences between perspectives. It does not prove what caused a change or establish a financial return.
What this tier includes
Pattern includes everything in Signal, plus 6,000 completed participant responses a year, 300 new Syntheses a year across Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis, and anonymous responses. The four Diagnostics remain separate. Cross-Lens Synthesis shows a Composite Score only when the selected inputs meet requirements for scope, timing, versions, source identity, participant depth, and lens balance.

How responses are counted. A participant response counts when an invited participant completes a Diagnostic. Self-runs do not draw on that allowance.
How anonymity works. In an anonymous campaign, the completed result is saved under a pseudonym with the date rather than the time. The customer Workspace does not retain a direct link from that result to the named recipient. Monderman still processes information needed for invitations, delivery, requests, and security. Business unit and team remain visible, so a person may still be identifiable in a small group. Participants see these limits before they start.

- Everything in Signal, with 6,000 completed participant responses a year in place of Signal’s 2,400, 300 new Syntheses a year across Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis in place of Signal’s 60-Synthesis allowance, anonymous participant responses, Analysis, five analyst workspace users and two admin workspace users for the term. No per-participant pricing. Expert interpretation is not included at this tier.
- Billing & term
- $54,000 for a 12-month term, paid in twelve $4,500 monthly installments; or $48,600 prepaid for the year. Both are annual commitments, not month-to-month subscriptions. Checkout and card handling by Stripe: card details never touch Monderman. Invoicing on a purchase order is available via an order form.
- Participant responses, Syntheses & workspace users
- No per-participant pricing. 6,000 completed participant responses a year, counted when invited participants complete a Diagnostic. Unlimited self-runs do not draw on that allowance. 300 new Syntheses a year across Depth Synthesis and Cross-Lens Synthesis. Five analyst workspace users and two admin workspace users.
- The annual allowances
- The full allowance of 6,000 completed participant responses and 300 new Syntheses is available at the start of each annual term under either payment option. Self-runs by authorized Workspace users are unlimited. Reopening and exporting saved reports does not use the Synthesis allowance. Outstanding invitations reserve response capacity until completed, closed, or expired.
- Support
- Priority platform support by email, prioritized ahead of Signal, plus a one-time onboarding session for your team. Monderman aims to respond promptly; response times are an aim, not a guarantee. Platform support covers using the software: running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is a separate, scoped engagement rather than part of the subscription.
- Your data
- Your Diagnostic inputs and results are used to provide and support Monderman. Monderman does not sell personal information or use customer data for advertising. The basis behind every score is published with the Executive Report. Current processing and providers are described in the Privacy Notice and subprocessor page. Any customer-specific DPA, retention, or residency commitment must be set out in a separately executed agreement.
- Access and updates
- Monderman is available by invitation. Product updates and issue reporting are part of ongoing platform support.
- Cancellation
- Renews for another 12-month term unless you turn off renewal from your Workspace before the next term. Cancellation stops renewal, not installments owed for the current annual commitment. Existing customers retain their accepted terms unless they choose a new offer.
