The Pattern Pilot is for an organization that wants to move beyond one individual reading without beginning a paid subscription. Six to twelve people examine the same bounded operating scope, and Monderman assembles the eligible results without erasing disagreement between perspectives.

What you receive

A team-level read with the evidence kept visible.

The pilot includes the Pattern Workspace, participant campaigns, eligible Depth Synthesis, Executive Reports, and an Action Plan. The output shows the median, spread, coverage, and where participant perspectives diverge. It is a bounded read of the submitted group, not a claim about the entire organization.
