Monderman

About

The difference between delivery and drift is measurable.

Monderman measures the structural conditions that determine whether institutions sustain their capacity or quietly lose it — surfacing drift before it becomes drag, and showing what to do once it has. Built by someone who has both studied these conditions and worked inside them.

Founder

Jason Adamson built Monderman after twenty-five years inside complex institutions — a career intelligence analyst (NSA, CrowdStrike, U.S. special-operations support) working where administrative architecture decides whether the mission gets delivered.

He holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a BA in Russian and Eurasian Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. The frameworks behind Monderman are published in Governance, Bureaucracy and Organization: Stewardship, Drift, and Administrative Capacity (Routledge, forthcoming). Monderman was developed independently — built on what those years taught, never on any organization's internal information. The platform is built for operators — chiefs of staff, division heads, program leads, transformation officers — who need to see what is actually slowing their organization and act on it.

What Monderman measures is not how people feel about their work. It is the structural conditions that determine whether work gets done — and whether the institution can sustain that capacity as conditions change.

Why This Platform

The market measures sentiment. Monderman measures the system.

Most platforms in the organizational health space measure how people feel about their work — engagement scores, culture indices, sentiment trends. Monderman measures the structural conditions that produce those feelings in the first place: where authority is clear and where it is ambiguous, where decisions move quickly and where they stall, where administrative systems accelerate work and where they restrict it.

The platform runs four diagnostics. Each one measures a different structural condition and produces a different operational outcome.
