Jason Adamson, MSOD

Founder

Jason Adamson built Monderman after twenty-five years working inside complex organizations. His career as an intelligence analyst included the National Security Agency, CrowdStrike, and U.S. Special Operations Command, where he saw how ownership, approvals, handoffs, and process requirements affect delivery.

He holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He is also the author of Governance, Bureaucracy and Organization: Stewardship, Drift, and Administrative Capacity (Routledge, forthcoming October 12, 2026, 234 pages). Monderman is designed for private, public, nonprofit, and academic organizations that want a structured way to examine how work and decisions move.

Monderman asks how ownership, decisions, handoffs, and administrative work operate in practice. Those reported conditions can help leaders decide what to investigate next.
