The pilot

The Pattern Pilot is for an organization that wants to compare a small group's responses before beginning a paid subscription. Six to twelve people complete the same Diagnostic about one decision process, workflow, or organizational unit. Monderman keeps differences between roles and responses visible.

What you receive

Individual reports and a combined view of the group.

The pilot includes the Pattern Workspace, participant campaigns, Executive Reports, an Action Plan, and Depth Synthesis when the completed runs are suitable for combination. Depth Synthesis shows the median score, distribution, coverage, and differences between participant perspectives. It describes the submitted group, not the entire organization.
