What a seat is, and what it adds: a named login for one person on your team. Each seat can run any diagnostic and see your organization’s full saved history, so the people accountable for each part of the organization work from the same shared picture rather than bottlenecking through one administrator. More seats means more of your organization on the same instrument. Seats are separate from how much you measure: diagnostics are unlimited on every paid tier, within fair use. We set your team’s seats up for you, and self-serve invites are available; assigning specific diagnostics to specific people to own is rolling out.
Fair use. Diagnostics are unlimited — measure as often as you like; re-running is how the instrument earns its keep. A fair-use standard exists only to prevent abnormal or automated over-use; if usage ever looks automated, Monderman will contact you to discuss it rather than cut you off.
Terms, in plain language
These are summary terms, not the binding agreement. They are provided so you know what to expect. Your subscription is governed by the order form or services agreement Monderman provides. We recommend your legal or contracts team review all terms before you sign.
- What you are buying
- An annual subscription giving up to 3 seats access to all four diagnostics, the full per-run deliverable, and saved history, for the subscription term. Cross-diagnostic synthesis is available; no analyst services are included at this tier.
- Billing & term
- $9,000 per year, billed by invoice on a purchase order. Annual term from the start date on your order form.
- Seats & diagnostics
- Includes up to 3 seats (named logins) and unlimited diagnostics, subject to fair use. Additional seats are available on your order form.
- Fair use
- Diagnostics are unlimited, subject to a fair-use standard that exists only to prevent abnormal or automated over-use. There is no per-run charge and no run meter. If usage looks automated, Monderman will contact you — access is not cut off without notice.
- Support
- Platform support is by email, and Monderman aims to respond within two business days. This is an aim, not a guaranteed response time. Platform support covers using the software — running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is what analyst review and advisory are for.
- Your data
- Your diagnostic inputs and reads are used only to generate and support your diagnostics. Monderman does not sell or share your information, and the assumption set behind every score is published with the read. Diagnostic processing relies on the Monderman platform and its subprocessors; data handling, retention, deletion, and any data-residency requirements are set out in the data processing terms of your agreement and the privacy policy.
- Beta status
- Monderman is in active beta. It is in production use and improving on a known cadence. Your tier includes a direct feedback channel and hands-on correction where a structural edge case affects your read. You are an early customer of an instrument that is still maturing — not a buyer of frozen software.
- Cancellation
- Non-renewing by default at the end of the annual term. No multi-year lock-in. Renewal is a deliberate choice each year.
