Everything in Signal, plus a direct, hands-on advisory relationship: interpreting your results with you, guiding what to change, and supporting implementation. Delivered personally, and deliberately limited to a small number of organizations at a time.

- Analyst reviews — twelve a year, roughly one a month: a Monderman analyst reads your results and delivers a calibrated interpretation of what they mean, what to weigh, and where to act first. This is where expert human judgment enters — the Signal tier is interpreted by software alone analyst service
- Hands-on advisory — direct, ongoing expert support interpreting your results, guiding implementation, and working through what to change analyst service

What a seat is, and what it adds: a named login for one person on your team. Each seat can run any diagnostic and see your organization’s full saved history, so the people accountable for each part of the organization work from the same shared picture rather than bottlenecking through one administrator. More seats means more of your leadership on the same instrument. Seats are separate from how much you measure: diagnostics are unlimited on every paid tier, within fair use. At launch we set your team’s seats up for you; self-serve invites — and assigning specific diagnostics to specific people to own — are rolling out.
Fair use. Run volume is unlimited within fair use. Advisory is delivered personally and is capacity-limited by design, so only a small number of organizations are taken on at a time.
Terms, in plain language
These are summary terms, not the binding agreement. They are provided so you know what to expect. Your subscription is governed by the order form or services agreement Monderman provides. We recommend your legal or contracts team review all terms before you sign.
- What you are buying
- An annual subscription giving unlimited seats everything in Signal, plus unlimited diagnostics, twelve analyst reviews per year, and a hands-on advisory relationship, scoped to your needs, for the term. Advisory scope, cadence, and any hour commitments are defined on your order form or services agreement.
- Billing & term
- From $108,000 per year, scoped on your order form or services agreement. Billed by invoice on a purchase order or services agreement. Annual or multi-year term as agreed.
- Seats & diagnostics
- Includes unlimited seats (named logins) and unlimited diagnostics, within fair use. Twelve analyst reviews per year are included; advisory scope and cadence are defined on your agreement.
- Fair-use ceiling
- Run volume is unlimited subject to a fair-use standard that exists only to prevent abnormal or automated over-use. Advisory time is defined and bounded on your agreement; it is a personal service with finite capacity, not an unlimited retainer.
- Support
- Platform support is subsumed by the advisory relationship — you are in regular direct contact. Platform support covers using the software — running diagnostics, exports, and access. Interpreting your results is what analyst review and advisory are for.
- Your data
- Your diagnostic inputs and reads are used only to generate and support your diagnostics. Monderman does not sell or share your information, and the assumption set behind every score is published with the read. Diagnostic processing relies on the Monderman platform and its subprocessors; data handling, retention, deletion, and any data-residency requirements are set out in the data processing terms of your agreement and the privacy policy.
- Beta status
- Monderman is in active beta. It is in production use and improving on a known cadence. Your tier includes a direct feedback channel and hands-on correction where a structural edge case affects your read. You are an early customer of an instrument that is still maturing — not a buyer of frozen software.
- Cancellation
- Governed by your services agreement. Renewal, termination, and notice terms are stated there. No automatic multi-year lock-in unless agreed.
